This project involved collaboration with Scott Technology in Australia to provide essential components for their machinery. Our role was to supply all 6mm stainless steel fabrications, which were subsequently integrated into machines by Scott Technology in Dunedin, New Zealand.
The project centred around the supply of 6mm stainless steel fabrications, a critical component for the machinery manufactured by Scott Technology. These fabrications were carefully designed and fabricated to meet the specific requirements of the project. Once supplied, they were incorporated into the machinery in Dunedin, New Zealand.
The primary purpose of these machines was to facilitate the melting of rock core samples, subjecting them to extreme temperatures of up to 1200 degrees Celsius. Subsequently, the liquefied samples were cast in moulding stations for in-depth analysis. This collaborative effort proved to be a resounding success, benefiting all stakeholders involved and potentially paving the way for future consumables packages related to the project.
